The Victory Belt College of Education, Iyale, Dekina received a memo dated 27th July, 2001 requesting for evidence of registration with the National Commission for Colleges of Education (NCCE) the regulatory body for Colleges of Education. The College submitted the letter of provision approval to run National Certificate of Eductaion (NCE) programmes dated 11th October, 2001to the Committe on Affiliation setup by the University for proper Scrutiny and visitation to Victory Belt College of Education, Iyale, Dekina as required in the Condition for Affiliation.
In view of this the Affiliation Committee setup by the Joseph Sarwuan Tarka University, Makurdi visited the Victory Belt College of Education, Iyale, Dekina and submitted its report to the University administration 0n 20th January, 2022. The University Senate considered the report and approved Temporary/institution Affiliation between the Joseph Sarwuan Tarka University, Makurdi and the Victory Belt College of Education, Iyale, Dekina for the period of two (2) years through a memo dated 31st January, 2022.
The Victory Belt College of Education, Iyale Dekina signed a memorandum of understanding with the Joseph Sarwuan Tarka University, Makurdi on 13th April, 2022.
