In pursuit of our vision we are basically involved in the following streams of activities:

- Enhancing development through research, new knowledge and techniques that are relevant to the production and management of economically important crops, and the management of pests problems which limit optimum crop performance on a sustainable basis.
- Communication of research findings through scholarly publications and educational programmes of value to stakeholders.
- Support the scientific community and serve the broader public through outreach activities such as problem-oriented research and extension.
We look forward to helping you realize your dreams in case you are interested in our research foci.
